## Refund & Return Policy for Custom Embroidered Shirts
At **BookSpines and Thread**, each embroidered shirt is custom made with care just for you. Because every item is personalized, made-to-order, or specially created, we do **not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations** once production has started.
Custom Order Policy
All custom embroidered shirts are considered final sale. This includes shirts with personalized names, custom wording, special colors, logos, designs, sizing requests, or any item made specifically for your order.
Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only offered if:
The item arrives damaged
The embroidery has a production error
The wrong item, size, color, or design was sent
There is a clear mistake made on our end
To request a replacement or correction, please contact us within **3 days of delivery** with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
***Customer-Provided Details***
Please double-check all spelling, names, dates, thread colors, shirt sizes, and design details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer or for sizing issues once the shirt has been embroidered.
*** Sizing***
Since each shirt is custom embroidered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.
*** Order Changes & Cancellations***
Changes or cancellations may be accepted only if production has not started. Once your shirt has been embroidered or materials have been prepared, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
*** Care Instructions***
To protect your embroidery, wash inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low. Do not bleach or iron directly over the embroidery.
