Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BookSpines and Thread. Each item is carefully made, packed, and shipped with love. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

Most heat pressed shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and literary accessories are made to order.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be created before it ships. During holidays, sales, or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, shipping time depends on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times are typically:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days, when available

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

BookSpines and Thread may occasionally offer free shipping promotions.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

BookSpines and Thread is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, BookSpines and Thread is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We are happy to assist by providing tracking information, but we cannot guarantee replacement of packages marked as delivered.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement or resolution when appropriate.

Local Pickup or Delivery

Local pickup or delivery may be offered when available and must be arranged before checkout or through direct communication with BookSpines and Thread.

Order Changes

Because many of our items are made to order, changes to shipping address, size, color, or design must be requested as soon as possible.

Once production has started or the order has shipped, changes may not be possible.
